Jason’s
Downtown Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Santa Ana near the
Artist Village, opened in October 2007. A one-year renovation resulted
in the creation of a sophisticated but urban and modern eatery. With influences
from Pacific, Moroccan, Mediterranean, South American, and Island cuisines,
Jason's Downtown Restaurant has much to offer. The menu offers a vast
and extravagant array of dishes as comforting as the chicken pot pie and
filet mignon to elaborate fares such as the lamb tagine, Caribbean crepes
and bastilla.
Open for dinner with live entertainment and available for private events, this spacious location also includes a private dining room which can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Jason Kordas has brought a much-needed retreat to the busy streets of Santa Ana. Originating from a catering career which began over 26 years ago in New York City, Jason has developed his company into one of the most prominent catering companies in Orange County as the preferred caterer at more than 20 different locations. Jason has put together an incredible team of managers, chefs, servers, coordinators, and sales representatives. By surrounding himself with the best staff in the industry, our events flow seamlessly.
