A one year renovation resulted in the creation of a sophisticated but urban and modern venue. Jason's Downtown Venue has much to offer. The menu options are Global and Extravagant. As comforting as all American Cuisine, to Exotic cuisines from the Seven Seas such as Moroccan, Caribbean and Spanish Cuisine. Available for private events 7 days a week, this spacious location includes a large Patio, Full Premium Bar, Dance floor and Dining Room for Events ranging from 20- 150 guests. Jason Kordas has brought a much needed retreat to the busy streets of Santa Ana.  

Originating from a catering career which began over 26 years ago in New York City, Jason has developed his company into one of the most prominent  catering Companies in Orange County. Jason has put together an incredible team of managers, chefs, servers, coordinators, and sales representatives. By surrounding himself with the best staff in the industry, our events flow seamlessly.
