Jason Kordas began his catering career over 26 years ago in New York City, producing small dinner & cocktail parties for a variety of clients.  His expertise with food came from growing up in a culinary influenced home where his mother prepared every cuisine possible.  Jason began his career in the food industry, working in many fine restaurants and specialty food stores in New York City. Being a "self taught" chef has allowed Jason to dabble in a variety of cuisines, preparing customized dishes for each of his events.

Since 1994, Jason has been Sole Proprietor of Jason’s Catered Events and the company has earned the distinction of being on many venues’ preferred and exclusive catering lists.

Jason prides himself on his commitment to produce fine foods, creative visual presentations and impressive service.  Jason and his team listen to the clients ideas, discuss their tastes and wants and help them to make decisions that will enhance not only the flavor, but the flow and design of their event.  Through his long journey in the catering, restaurant, and event business, Jason understands that every event is different and he enjoys meeting the challenges that arise due to location, number of guests, and style of foods.
