Executive chef and owner Jason Kordas began his catering career nearly 40 years ago in New York City producing small dinner and cocktail parties for a variety of clients.
However his passion to create began in his Greek, Italian, Corsican-influenced home in New York City, where he was inspired by his mother's love for the kitchen. From themed dinner nights, to cooking classes for her children, Anne Marie Defendini is the core of Jason's culinary inspiration.
Even as his business has grown, he has always stayed true to his passion for bringing people together and creating unforgettable memories.
